I’m sitting here in the Dallas/Fort Worth Airport awaiting my final connecting flight to Austin. Coming down for a short 2 night stay to visit Dell headquarters, and hopefully gain some valuable insight into their new product and service offerings. All business aside, walking through the terminal was very interesting… I caught the end of the Eagles/Chargers game back in Philadelphia, and walking through the airport here (after the Cowboys lost) was weird. People walking around with Giants, Redskins, and other team jerseys… no way that would ever fly in Philly.
The other good news is we got a second showing request for our house. My wife is stuck prepping the house for the showing tomorrow, but hopefully, if all goes well, we’ll have a buyer and can end this stressful portion of the “moving into new home” process.
Since I haven’t really run consistently since the LV Zoo run, I brought gym clothes along to try and get some exercise. We’ll see how that goes… for now, it’s a short hop to Austin, where I will inevitably be getting into my hotel around 11pm CST… lovely!
