One Week – DOMS

Here I am one week out from half marathon #2… thankfully, the soreness went away by Thursday… it wasn’t quite as bad as the first round back in November, and I’m back to walking normally. A few more days of rest, and then back to training, with a 5K coming up on March 23. I figure I’ll have a good solid two weeks worth of time to get my 5K training back in gear, and hopefully improve my time… still trying to crack a 30-minute 5K.

I’m gradually working on the PHM recap, hope to have that done shortly to share with you all!
